Indoor Growing Canada ships from Canada, to Canada unless otherwise specified on the product page. We provide an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number at the time that your order is shipped. Please note that tracking information might be updated between 1 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
If you have a preference for a certain carrier, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order and, while cannot guarantee, we will do our best to accommodate your requests based on location & shipping costs. Please contact us directly if you need a specific carrier for an order.
*If you would like us to ship to a PO Box, please ensure to include your civic address as some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Delays may be incurred, and we may need to contact you for an update on your address.
We ship primarily using Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx & Canpar, among others.
Handling & Shipping Time
Our Handling Time can vary depending on the season, and currently is being affected by extended lead times.
At the moment, there may be up 3 to 10 business days of Handling Time before your order is shipped.
It typically takes 2-4 business days for deliveries to Quebec and Ontario, and 3-9 business days for other provinces. Please be advised that, due to the current pandemic situation, handling and transit times may experience additional delays.
If ever there is a delay or concern with the tracking information, please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date so that we can coordinate with the courier to locate your package. This is due to the carriers policies. Past 14 days, a postal investigation is unlikely to end in locating the package, therefore orders lost in transit are no longer eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement through Indoor Growing Canada. Any approved compensation will be provided as a store credit applicable to a future order.
Once in a while, there are damages to some items in transit. Packages must be opened within 72 hours of delivery, and we must receive notification of these damages as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) and the box that they arrived in. We can make a claim with the postal service in order to get you a refund and/or replacement. We cannot promise any refunds or replacements if this is not done within 72 hours.
All orders placed through Indoor Growing Canada come with discreet shipping.
Free Shipping (Certain restrictions apply)
Most orders of $199 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping (The order must ship to a Canadian address).
Please review the following situations, where a special transport or handling fee will apply at all order amounts:
- Orders whose total weight is 20lbs or heavier
- Orders containing items considered oversized by the postal services
- Orders shipping to either a remote location, or to a location where we cannot economically ship an item or order to.
We can ship everywhere in Canada, However, the free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipping to the Territories, and extreme rural areas.
